The Dove Holes Community website aims to promote events within the village and surrounding area and to improve the flow of information to our residents and visitors. It is our aspiration that this website service will be used by everyone - individuals, community groups and local businesses.
As a member of the local community, do please feel free to tell us what information you would like to see featured on these pages. Do you organise or are involved with a community group in the area and would like to be featured on this website? If so, simply contact us with any relevant details and we will make sure that they appear in our directory. There will be no charges for this service.
Dove Holes Brass Band
Has it’s own band room and instruments and meets every Tuesday & Thursday at 1 Dale Road, Dove Holes. 7.30 - 9.00pm. Tuition is available for complete beginners who can’t read or play music on Wednesday nights at 6.00pm. For the more advanced teaching sessions are held at 6.00pm on a Thursday evening with both of these sessions helping players progress onto the main band - Instruments and tuition are provided FREE.

Dove Holes Cricket Club
Members of the Derbyshire and Cheshire League and were founder members of the league when it was formed in 1952. We run 2 senior and 4 Junior teams with ages ranging through U11,U13, U15 and U17. We are continuously striving for improvement by investment in youth coaching and development.
